The TU Braunschweig Media Lab and URI Library Innovation Labs are planning CyberFestival, a joint virtual event between URI and TU Braunschweig in Germany, hosted on a custom-built online platform. The festival celebrates collaboration, cultural exchange, and skill development, giving students the chance to showcase their work, build global connections, and enhance their professional portfolios.Day 1 – November 18 - Student Entrepreneur Showcase (10:30 AM–12:00 PM ET): Students pitch their entrepreneurial ideas and receive feedback from international industry experts. - Show & Tell Networking (12:15–1:00 PM ET): Creators from both universities share projects and explore potential collaborations. - International Idol (1:30–3:00 PM ET): A cross-cultural music and talent showcase, live-streamed from both campuses.Day 2 – November 20 - Visual Arts Exchange (10:30 AM–12:00 PM ET): A discussion and showcase of student photography and visual storytelling. - Cyber Cinema (12:15–1:45 PM ET): Short film screenings followed by audience feedback and discussion. - Gaming Tournament (Super Mario Kart) (2:00–4:00 PM ET): A friendly, virtual competition bringing together students from both universities.
