- Nov 33:30 PMTau Sigma Honor Society Semesterly Meeting & New Member WelcomeTau Sigma Iota Nu will host its Semesterly Meeting & Fall Induction on Monday, November 3, 2025, from 3:30–4:30 PM in Roosevelt Hall’s Great Room.The event will open with greetings from Chapter President Paul Everton and Advisor John Rooney, followed by officer introductions and a short slideshow highlighting what Tau Sigma is and the benefits of membership.New members will be formally recognized with the presentation of their official Tau Sigma certificates and pins, with group photos and individual pictures taken to capture the moment.Afterward, students will have the chance to network, share their transfer stories, and connect with new friends through informal introductions and a mixer. Officers will also outline upcoming service opportunities, including the volunteer project at the RI Veterans Cemetery, and emphasize how involvement in Tau Sigma builds leadership skills, community connections, and adds value to a student’s resume and professional profile. - Nov 612:00 PMNative American Heritage Month Kickoff PanelJoin the Multicultural Student Services Center as we kickoff Native American Heritage Month.Past topics included The Miseducation of Indigenous People; Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Children, and 2-Spirit People; the education system and how it impacts Native Americans; and Narratives of Native American History, Belonging, and Activism. This year's panel will center on modern-day politics and its impact on Native American/Indigenous communities.
