- Sep 2212:30 PMAI Lab Workshop: Bioinformatics (Sept.)This workshop is intended for anyone interested in bioinformatics and will be divided into two parts. We will begin with a demonstration of protein structure prediction on the Unity cluster using ColabFold. A written tutorial will be provided to participants beforehand. The second half will take the form of office hours, giving participants the opportunity to ask bioinformatics-related questions and to receive help with running their pipelines on the Unity cluster. This session will be available over zoom and in-person. If you want to join in person, you will find us in room 203 (also called conference room A) of the Robert L. Carothers Library located on the URI Kingston campus.
