- Sep 11–12Faculty-led J-term Info Session: DR & US: Cross-Cultural Comparison of EducationConsider applying to Tashal Brown's short-term faculty-led program running this Winter J-term in the Dominican Republic: A Cross-cultural Understanding of Socio-political Issues, Educational Challenges, and Interventions within the U.S. and the Dominican Republic. Students will earn 3 credits in EDC 441. Open to all majors so share widely with other interested students!This course examines the nexus of Dominican history and culture with the political and economic dynamics that contribute to contemporary societal issues.
