This workshop is intended for anyone interested in bioinformatics and will be divided into two parts. We will begin with a demonstration of protein structure prediction on the Unity cluster using ColabFold. A written tutorial will be provided to participants beforehand. The second half will take the form of office hours, giving participants the opportunity to ask bioinformatics-related questions and to receive help with running their pipelines on the Unity cluster.
