The course = online learning + hands-on field sessions. Designed for working professionals and retirees, you choose your own food system adventure (timing, topics, etc.). Open to local residents 18+, especially those with a love of food and community care.Gain skills in: harvesting and gleaning, saving $ at the grocery store, food rescue, food storage, canning, pickling, dehydrating, freezing, composting, community engagement and more!
