The Introduction to Unity webinar will explain how to get started using Unity, a high-performance computing cluster located at the Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center. While it is geared towards new users, effort will be made to adapt the webinar to the experience level of the attendees.

This workshop is intended for anyone interested in bioinformatics and will be divided into two parts. We will begin with a demonstration of metagenomics data analysis on the Unity cluster. A written tutorial will be provided to participants beforehand. The second half will take the form of office hours, giving participants the opportunity to ask bioinformatics-related questions and to receive help with running their pipelines on the Unity cluster.
