The URI Music Department's University Artist Series opens with faculty artist Jon Amon in an afternoon concert of contemporary chamber music written or arranged for saxophones with The Pharos Quartet, a Boston based ensemble featuring Jon on tenor sax, Jennifer Bill on soprano, Amy McGlothlin on alto, and Andy Wilde on baritone.
