- Jun 119:00 AMAir-Sea Interaction: A Symposium in Honor of Isaac Ginis and Tetsu HaraThe URI Graduate School of Oceanography is hosting “Air-Sea Interaction: A Symposium in Honor of Isaac Ginis and Tetsu Hara” on June 11–12, 2026, celebrating the careers and scientific contributions of two longtime faculty members ahead of their retirement. The two-day symposium will bring together colleagues, collaborators, students, and alumni to highlight advances in air-sea interaction research and recognize the lasting impact of Ginis and Hara’s work in oceanography and atmospheric science.
