Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, our clinic will help you build confidence in the water and grow your love for the sport of water polo! Our Clinic Focuses on Progressive Learning:Introduction to Water Polo Fundamentals: For beginners, we start with the basics: understanding the game’s rules, learning how to tread water, and mastering the basic strokes needed for effective movement. Our coaches break down each step to ensure you’re comfortable in the water and confident in your abilities.Building Core Skills: Once you’re comfortable in the water, we’ll focus on core skills such as passing, shooting, and positioning. Coaches will teach you the proper techniques for each skill, emphasizing how to work as a team, control the ball, and move efficiently.Developing Tactics & Strategy: As athletes progress, we introduce fundamental game strategies such as offensive and defensive positioning, the importance of spacing, and communication in the pool. Our goal is to help each participant develop a deeper understanding of game flow and tactics.Scrimmaging & Game Play: As athletes become more proficient, we move toward scrimmaging.
