In this session, graduate students will be introduced to elements of equity pedagogies as described in multiple scholarly literatures. After an overview of inclusive pedagogical tenets, participants will engage in a series of activities to foster inclusion in teaching and advising practice. This session counts towards the Equitable and Inclusive Teaching & Pedagogy Badge. It is led by Associate Dean and Professor Annemarie Vaccaro.
