Our coaches break down each step to ensure you’re comfortable in the water and confident in your abilities.Building Core Skills: Once you’re comfortable in the water, we’ll focus on core skills such as passing, shooting, and positioning. Coaches will teach you the proper techniques for each skill, emphasizing how to work as a team, control the ball, and move efficiently.Developing Tactics & Strategy: As athletes progress, we introduce fundamental game strategies such as offensive and defensive positioning, the importance of spacing, and communication in the pool.
