Ring of Honor Recognition Series: Steve Chubin uncovers the career of the eighth-leading scorer in men's basketball history at Rhode Island. Chubin led Rhody in scoring in each of his three seasons, helping the Rams to a 54-27 record with an NCAA tournament appearance in 1965-66.
