Join Musicians Guild in front of the Memorial Union on 4/27 for a music festival featuring many URI bands! This event is free for all and will take place from 12:00pm to 8:00pm. The first hour of the event will be an open-mic portion where people sign up for a time slot on the day of the event, anybody can sign up for free! The rest of the day will feature acoustic artists and full-sound bands made up of all your peers! Raffi is presenting his graduate classical guitar recital in partial fulfillment towards a degree in Muisc.

The URI Opera Workshop, Devon Russo director, The URI Copncert Choir, Mark Conley director, and the URI Symphony Orchestra, Luis Víquez director combine forces to present the rarely performed Scenes from Goethe's Faust, a musical-theatrical work by the 19th century German composer Robert Schumann. This will be a full production with costumes and sets, and it may well be a U.S. premiere! An Encore performance will be on Monday April 29 at 7pm.
