The URI Police Department works closely with the other divisions of the Department of Public Safety as well as other academic departments and the Dean of Student's Office, Student Affairs, and Housing and Residential Life. We strive to further the philosophy of community policing-we need the assistance of all the members of the URI community in solving problems and keeping our campuses safe.
